Toastmasters Evaluator

An evaluator for your Toastmasters club. It listens to the meeting from your browser, counts filler words like the Ah-Counter, and gives each speaker Toastmasters-style feedback.

THE PROBLEM

Counting every "um" and writing feedback for every speaker by hand, while the meeting is still going.

BUILT WITH

Claude, in plain conversation. No code written by hand.

STATUS

Ready. Free, runs in Chrome or Edge on Windows. The first load can take up to a minute. The online version is a shared demo, so please don't enter real names or emails.

THE IRON RULE

It only listens when you click Start, and each speaker gets only their own evaluation.

What it does

Counts filler words

Every "um", "ah" and "like", per speaker, the way the Ah-Counter role does.

Scores each speech

A Toastmasters-style score and written feedback, plus pace and duration.

Sends personal feedback

One click emails each member their own evaluation, and only theirs.

Tracks progress

Every evaluation is kept, so members can see how they improve over time.
